Once you fallen in love with one of our designs, place your order online by selecting the customisable options such as print method and shape (if any). Please inform us your choice of paper, ink and details in the provided text field or upload the file if needed.

Design & Approval
We will then be in touch via email within 3 business days with a digital design proof. The proofing process includes three rounds of proofs; the first round is based on the wording and colours submitted in your order and the remaining two rounds are for revisions. Minor wording changes can be made during the revision rounds. Revisions take up to two business days. You will work 1-1 with a designer. Change requests beyond the two complimentary revision rounds are invoiced at $25 per round.

Production & Delivery
Once you have approved your design, we will begin the printing process. Allow 10 business days for digital print & white ink and 15-20 business days for letterpress & foil press. Your prints will be beautifully packed and shipped to you with tracking. For favours/bonbonniere, please allow 10-20 business days for printing and production. We do offer a rush service for certain items only and it will cost 35% extra. Please contact us to check if our schedule allow us to accommodate your request.
