Proofing & Approval
• Please ensure the email address you provide to us is correct. This is the address we will send your digital proofs to.
• The proofing process includes three rounds of proofs; the first round is based off of the wording and colors submitted in your order and the remaining two rounds are for revisions. Minor wording changes can be made during the revision rounds. You will work 1-1 with a designer. Change requests beyond the two complimentary revision rounds are invoiced at $25 per round. This must be paid before further proofs are provided to you.
Fonts, layout and design elements cannot be changed unless discussed prior to placing your order.
• Please double check that everything is correct on your final digital proof, as once we reach the production stage, we cannot make changes. The client is responsible for the cost of the re-print if there is an error with the design and/or wording that has been approved by the client, or for any change of mind.
• Please ensure you have ordered the correct quantity and allocated for extras. We suggest ordering around 10 spares, for any last minute additions to your guest list and keepsakes. We can not add to your order once committed to print.
• We are unable to commence production of your order until we have received your approval of the artwork for your order.

Timeframe
Our timeframes are a guide only. It is important to note that design revisions and delay in responses, feedback, and approval may also delay your order. It is customer responsibility to order in advance.

Availability
Please keep in mind (especially during peak seasons) that we cannot guarantee that the customisation options such as paper types, colours, or envelope colours presented on our website and in our design guide, will be in stock at the time of your order. If a customisation option that you are after is not in stock, you will be notified and presented with alternative options.

Shipping
It is customer responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email with tracking information. We take every care in packaging your goods, however, we have no control over your parcel once it is with the postal service. Please note that we are not liable for any delays, damages or losses caused during transit. In the unlikely occasion and although it has never occurred, we are not responsible for refunding or re-shipping lost orders by the postal service.

Publication
Should images of work created by Paperlia be published in any form, whether print or online (including social media), Paperlia must be correctly credited.
We retain the right to post your stationery on our social media, website, or any advertising material, and we may use your stationery as samples after the event has commenced. We always ensure that no personal information is apparent, such as phone numbers, postal addresses and email addresses. If we post a photo of your stationery prior to your wedding date, the date will be obscured. Samples will only be used after the wedding date and if no personal information is presented on the sample. If you have an issue with us doing any of the above, please communicate this prior. 

Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to alter prices in the event of changes such as supplier price increases or tax changes that come into effect.

Refunds
As our work is custom made to order, all orders are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange, return or cancellation under any circumstances. If there is an error with the design and wording that has been approved by the client, the client is responsible for the cost of the reprint.
